Update your profile to reflect your most current and pressing needs. Your profile allows you to make custom giving levels that donors can relate to, as well as adding visual elements like images and videos. Use these tools to your advantage to tell your organization's story right now!
Contact your donors and let them know that the platform is now open for donations. Many donors had already planned to support you during the Big Give, and will still want to support you how they can. Remind them that you need them now more than ever! Note: Big Give 2020 is tentatively postponed to September 10, 2020.

Once you register, the first thing you'll want to do is add your bank account so you can begin the verification process. In order to collect funds through the Big Give Emergency Relief, there are certain federal and state-required steps to take in order for GiveGab to verify you as an organization eligible to receive tax-deductible donations. The typical turnaround for this process is 2-3 business days. If you do not receive notification that you've been verified and approved to participate, don't hesitate to reach out to with questions!
